Internship in Tampere, Finland
Task
- administrating of incoming student mobility
- assisting in administrative and communication tasks
- assisting in organising the Welcome Week assisting in hosting international guests
- being part of actions of the European University Alliance UNINOVIS
- creating content for social media (text, video, etc.)
- various other related tasks
Conditions
- Working hours: 36 hours and 15 minutes per week
- Duration: 16 March – 14 August 2026
- Remuneration: The internship is unpaid, but you may apply for an Erasmus+ traineeship grant from your home institution.
- Credits: The internship can be recognised as part of your supervised practical training – please check this with your Degree Programme Practical Training Coordinator.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and independent student who:
- Has good computer skills
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Works independently, systematically, and responsibly
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
You will work closely with the International Coordinators at TAMK. Your immediate supervisor will be Kirsi Jokipakka, Head of Support Services for Learning and Wellbeing and International Office.
