Project "Internationalization 2.0"

Within the framework of the funding line „Internationalisierung 2.0“ of the StMWK (Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts), the areas of digitisation and internationalisation at THWS are to be meaningfully linked. This is to ensure that the internationalisation of our university is further intensified. For this purpose, individual and customised concepts for the International Office are being created and implemented in order to find a strategic solution to the requirements associated with this change to ensure global competitiveness.

Aim of the project

The aim of the project is to prepare the work processes carried out in connection with internationalization at THWS for digitisation, more specifically the possible integration of digital functionalities.

The specific goals can be divided into 4 areas, with the focus on administration in the International Office:

Establishment of paperless processes in internationalisation
Digitisation of parts of the Student Life Cycle and the Degree Seeker Management
Creation of concepts and structures to realise digital transnational teaching
Further development of strategic partnerships with the help of digital structures
