University locations
FHWS is located in the south of Germany in Mainfranken in the federal state of Bavaria. From here, it is not far to major German cities such as Munich and Frankfurt am Main, all of which have an international airport. European neighbours such as Austria, Czech Republic, France, Poland, and Switzerland are all just a short distance away.
The university has two locations – in the cities of Würzburg and Schweinfurt, which are situated approximately 40 kilometres apart. Depending which faculty you are enrolled in, you will either study in Würzburg or in Schweinfurt.
