Short-term stays

If you're looking to add an international dimension to your studies at THWS but don't want to spend a whole semester abroad, short-term stays abroad might be just what you need. Short-term stays are programs typically lasting between two and four weeks, giving you the chance to gain academic, language, and intercultural skills. You can choose from two types of short-term stays: Summer Schools or Winter Schools, and Blended Intensive Programs.

Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs)

BIPs, or Blended Intensive Programmes, are short, intensive programs that combine physical group mobility with a virtual phase, providing students and university staff with the opportunity to participate in shared curricula and activities.

Summer Schools, programmes, internships

Summer Schools are academic courses offered by our partner universities or other providers during the summer or winter. They focus on specific subjects and include a social and cultural program.
