Join Us for an Exciting Staff Week at THWS!

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Staff Week at the Technical University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS), a week designed to inspire and connect professionals in the field of internationalisation. 

There are many benefits of linking real-world problems to education and research, including helping students to develop deeper content knowledge and critical thinking skills, and strengthening the links between education institutions and local stakeholders. There are also many societal and business benefits. But how can real-world problems, education and research be linked effectively? What strategies exist and what are the enablers and inhibitors? Join us at the Staff Week 2025 where we will discuss these questions and more in a highly interactive programme.

Throughout the week, you will have many opportunities to get to know the THWS and understand how this topic is tackled at our institution. Focusing on the thematic areas Robotics and AI, you will take part in site visits that will give you unique insights and hands-on experiences. These will be further developed by interdisciplinary discussions and workshops. There will also be ample opportunities for networking and a culture programme will give you an insight and feeling for the Mainfranken region.
